Staying at this hotel for 3nights..the manager was very helpful as I requested to check out late..they help to extend till 2pm without any charges..location also quite easy to find..near to anguk station and insadong..

Only Location was perfect.

I just want to say that the staff are all very helpful and friendly, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service staff; giving special mention to Shawn at the reception, for his enthusiasm in his job. I have had a very pleasant stay of 3 nights.

Hotel room was large and great to have small table and comfortable chairs to sit on. Floor didn't seem very clean and hand basin in bathroom had a long crack in it. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and had great views being on the top floo

Its rooms clustered around gardens; no street noise despite being on a very busy boulevard; the kitchenette facilities

Fast and efficient shuttle service. Room was outdated but it served our layover purpose. Staff was very friendly. A lot of eating choices immediately around the hotel.
