Well located, clean and comfortable, friendly and competent staff in particular at the reception desk

Perfect location, large rooms compared to most Parisian hotels, breakfast was great

When you order they put nice pictures and services included, but when there the room was nothing close to the pictures, made up additional charges such as wifi, etc. Wouldn't recommend at any circumstances.
