the hotel location was really good next to Akihabar station (1 min walk), room was clean, staff can speak english.

We booked a twin room but were offered a double room with a king-size bed instead because the staff took our preference of a quiet room into account. The room is spacious and comfortable with good facilities.

The tripple bed room of this hotel is just a double bed room with a sofa. The sofa can be changed into a bed. They say that sofa can be counted as a single bed. So I have to pay additional money for other room.
