Location is ok close to airport. Luckily no flight after 11 pm so can't hear any plane. Rooms and overall facilities needs upgrade.

Near shin osaka station, but not that close, because we have to walk about 5 minutes from the building exit door (not from the station gate and the station is really big). You have to choose the correct exit door. If you choose the wrong door, it may tak

need to park on the other car park without the assist of hotel staff. the room got smell of smoke even we are staying in the non smoking room. I had been in APA hotel Osaka while the APA in Naha is bad. The one in Osaka is better.
