Was warmly greeted by receptionist, after depositing our luggages. She casually asked us of our itinerary and offer some advice to us. Save us some hassle to figure out our way. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Room was clean and tidy. Wanted reception

overall pleasant stay , located just beside the railway station exit, very convenient. efficient and helpful staffs, our family room was decent sized , clean , complete with amenities, strategically located. we will stay again if we visit Osaka

I attended a training course and spent 10 days at this hotel. Everything was excellent and location to the terminal was very close and convenient for shops. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping was good. Nice facilities, pool and gym. Fast wifi connect
