Clean, well-equipped, generous room sizes

Good hospitality

Location is good. Just 10 to 15 mins walk to Hiroshima Station and the shopping mall. The room is clean and tidy.

As ever, the Queens excelled in all areas.

Staff are friendly & efficient, good quality food but expensive, great location, looks seedy from the outside but warm and cosy rooms, no lift so it's a struggle if one has luggage.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Balzac - the room was plush with very high ceilings which added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bed was enormous and the light fittings and furniture were typically French and opulent. Only complaint is that the sh
