room was a good size, room was old and had a musty smell. But overall experience was good. Just no JR lines to go in and out of the place. So had to pay a small fare. better to stay somewhere on the yamanote line if have a JR pass.

If u want to spend more time in Picton it takes about 30 min but the views on the way was beautiful

The restaurant was superb. The view of the rose garden was good. Easy access to the ferry pier.
