    When I checked in was told that they needed a £30 charge to my card incase of items bought. I told them I wasn't happy about doing that & was told if I didn't pay it they wouldn't release my room to me. The room it self was quite date

    paid a little extra to get an upgrade. Got to our rooms with a special elevator. Parking was cheap too for our stay. Would stay again
