near city center, beautiful river location and very friendly staff

Don't pay for upgrade - no visual difference to our friends "classic " room. £40 wasted. Our window was smaller - even the pillows on our bed were smaller! Don't go on a Monday. No pizza bases in Bistro. Had to go to third choice fo

I would appreciate a proper VAT receipt for my payment, on the receipt that I have received there is no VAT number.

Our breakfast at the restaurant were superb. The service throughout every area of the Ritz were excellent. Beautifully decorated Christmas trees! A feeling of magic in the air!

While checking in, a thief was able to get wallet of my mother-in-law. Receptionist was unhelpful and denied us to review the CCTV.

The two bedroom apartment is great value for money, but the sound proof needs to be improved. The neighbourhood is less than ideal, not a very pleasant environment. But the hotel itself is great.
