      Check in was efficient but Agoda had not let the hotel know that we required a cot for an 8month old baby. Checkout was also efficient and reception responded to our requests for extra tea and milk.

      This hotel was once a palace. It now looks old and in need of some serious renovation. Considering the cost of the room is was quite disappointing, especially after our stays in some really nice hotels in other places in Japan. I do not recommend it

      Good location , but furniture needs change and water for shower too in 15th floor, but in 14th floor is good. Kind staff. Too near to metro station.
