The room, Location and the Decor

Free parking, an easy enough walk to the old part of town and clean

not happy with chef in restaurant. had trouble to order breakfast

this hotel is a good 7mins walk from the nearest station and you have to catch a train into the city centre before you can get anywhere. walking to the city centre also takes about 10 minutes

In Japan, service levels of the international chain hotels are somehow much poorer compared to the Local hotels. Rooms were not properly cleaned and staff had poor attitude.

The staff was quite helpful especially the person I met at the desk on my first day of arrival.

first class all the way...lady bell hop barely gives you a chance to get your luggage in the lobby before she whisks it up to your room. room is big..room service is excellent food..best hotel I have ever stayed it
