It was in a great location, unfortunately for a delux room we did not expect to look out of the window to see just a brick wall. Not good at all.

The hotel is value for money. Though there is a near-by subway of Shinjuku Gyoemmae Station by Marunouchi Line, It is quite a distance from JR Shinjuku Station. If there is no heavy baggage to lug along, then it will be ok. There are also some food outlet

Near to Greenwich DLR and National Rail, consider convenient transportation.

The room was extremely small. No place to set a suitcase. There is no lift!(elevator)and the staircase is quite narrow. The room was in need of a deep cleaning. The best thing about this hotel was its location. There are dozens of other better hotels in t
