Free parking, provides free umbrella when required, good location

Lovely hotel with spaceous room, clean, cool and nice. But had some very dissapointed children when we found out you had to be an adult to use the in-door pool and that the outdoor-pool was not open untill summer which was after July 7.th. Otherwise good

helpful staff, location and spacious room

Stayed here for my first two nights in Japan. Staff were really helpful and room was very clean and a good size.

Rooms were clean and tidy , large double bed as upgraded and view from 702 was great overlooking the shard , one slight issue £23for breakfast a little steep when you can get it for 4.65 over the road at Keepers
