Good location with nice lobby but room is not good with bad bed

Among the hotels we stayed in 5 countries during our travel, Arora Hotel was one of the best , though we have few complaints like the electrical outlet inside the cabinet was difficult to navigate. We gave up having coffee before we left our morning flig

Hotel very good and in a good location beside Piccadilly station. Room very well decorated and large. Spacious bathrooms with bath and separate shower. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle all in room. Bar and restaurant prices a bit on the high side. S

Clean lobby and rooms. Staff was the best. Location was convenient to 2 different subway lines. Close to many convenient stores. Restaurants located near the facility were not very large nor were they kid friendly.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was great - Hilton Standard.

The location was great for me since I was needing to get to the Eurostar early the next morning. The bed was amazing and the room was big.
