The staff were great, rooms were clean but that's about it

We use 1 room for 3 people, but the facilities we should be get for 3 people just prepare for 2 people. the rest you must ask to the staff.

Terrible stay at this property, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The location is far from anything, the staff is not knowledgeable and can barely speak English, the club floor rooms I stayed at are miserable and more miserable is the breakfast at

Whenever I come to Seoul, I stay in this hotel! Value, staff service, features, location all excellent. I've been told that the hotel will be a Sheraton hotel soon and hope to maintain same price and service.
