Problems when we first arrived but they were sorted out immediately by the Duty Manager. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times before and have enjoyed all our stays. Breakfast is amazing and in lovely dining rooms. I

I have been here a couple of times and I feel that some of the rooms are in need of remodeling and renovation to maintain a 4 star hotel standard. But besides that the hotel is in a good Location and has a beautiful courtyard.

Good site, good breakfast

This is our second stay in this hotel. Very close to Printemps and Lafayette, a good place to stay and shop. However, during our 8 nights stay in the hotel, the bed-sheet had never been changed even we had placed the "Please make up my room" car
