Nice hotel, basic rooms, clean, good staff but overpriced food (badged as a special "hot dog and fries £15???) ok hotel stayed in better

Proximity to water, close to parks, a long walk to City centre but manageable.

Hotel was ok for overnight stay. Room needed some tlc. Had basic tea and coffee making facilities. Location was great

Hotel is okay but theres not much of place to go near the hotel.

Close to shops, close to metro and quiet location

very good hotel. Bring children to Disneyland, it's a good choice. since we have two children, the hotel prepare an extra bed for us for free, very nice. but during weekday, the shuttle bus to Maihama station not quite frenquent, pls notice.

Small. Budget. Friendly staff

Place was dirty and smelled. The room we booked wasn't "available" so we got a worse room. Not staying there again
