It is quite old hotel and all the staff need to be replaced. Also the cleanness was not good. The swimming pool is closed.

It's an alright hotel location is nice but distance from train is a bit tiring with suitcases. I wish that they did have more services like a sauna or pool. The room was a lot smaller than pictured. I have stayed at other Monterey brand hotels in Japa

The pool, the magnificent and beautifully maintained grounds and the standard of cleanliness.

This hotel have 2 wings, photo is the new building. However they give me the room in the older wing

Friendly and helpful staff. Not luxurious but cozy environment. Close to Hanazono Ski Resort.
