When you get the pink bus from the CDG its nerly the last bus stop so takes quite a long time to get to (around 20-25 mins). Very cosy ambience, the entrance & lobby are very nice, spacious. Room was ok but a bit cigarette stinky at the toilet which w

Room is small and there is no extra space for moving. One thing need to feedback and complaint. We realised the cleaner did not clean up the room nicely. Cleaner only replace new towel in our room. Did not clean the basin, toilet floor and wipe the table.

On top of JR Sapporo station and shopping, rental car pickup across the road. Facilities are great, especially the hot spring bath on level 22.

Our room had everything we needed. Late in and tired with very early start for ferry. All staff were most helpful and efficient. Good venue for a ferry arrival or departure from sites quay. Sadly not a good view out of window and unable to open for fresh

1 twin room and 1 double bed room. The room is cleaned and tidy but the size is quite small from my point of view.
