the free coffee for the disruptions, as per the managers letter in the room, was never offered even though we spent two nights there. Arriving in the car park in the dark, meant that we had a very difficult search for the front door.

I paid about $750/night and I was expecting a lot more for the money. It was nice but for half that price. The onsen is disappointing, just looks like a bathroom with a bathtub.
