next to the airport but do not have clear directions information from the airport. staff are not very helpful to deal with problems. they said they were fully booked but i found out that rooms are available through websites.

Location was excellent, providing sheltered access to Kyoto Station within walking distance. For the triple room we stayed in, it was really a little too cramped though.

room was small dirty, no hot water, rat traps under bed, cold noisey run down

A little old looking but is spacious! A little cold but got big bathroom with hot tub! Very clean and spacious.
