location, quiet, big rooms.

I booked for a room for 3 people, but it was somewhat small. Maybe it would be more appropriate for two. Room was clean, but I smelled an disgusting odor that night, which was maybe from the food the host was eating. It wasn't that pleasant experience

Location is excellent as it is very convenient to travel to Gion, Kodaiji Temple and Kiyomizudera Temple. The downside is the room size is extremely small.
