Nice big room, comfortable bed and pillows but room extremely hot on arrival - very hot day, south facing window and curtains left open :( Because we couldn't open the windows very wide (top floor), room didn't cool down until about 3 am. Decent

The rooms were small and other guests walked past our room all day long. The restaurant view was beautiful, but there is little resemblance to a resort. However, we were positively surpriced to learn there was a free shuttlebus to queens town.

Bar area is in need of a change and food was just average

We arrived very late and because we didn't realise how far out of town the motel was our taxi was expensive from the airport (to the point where the driver double checked if that was the correct hotel). But they had the room opened and ready for our l

Has a great visit at palace hotel. Great location beautiful decor. Very friendly helpful staff. Definately recommend.
