Room was spacious, place well maintained and clean, yummy breakfast

Location is perfect. But the lobby is always crowded. For people who like quieter hotel, this is not a good choice.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near eateries. There's a Mini Stop right in front of hotel and few restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Free shuttle service is provided to airport, train station

The outdoor onsen is beautiful, buffet breakfast and dinner is good, room is good

Good location, everything in the room clean and tidy. Reception staff dont speak English so it would be better if you could speak a bit japanese in order to communicate with them.

Cheap and convenient. The room air conditioning was out of order. many small insect flies into the room.
