Location, Wonderful Staff and Cleanliness

The hotel is nice & clean. Has wifi in the room. Quite a distance from the city but nice walk with lots to see...good exercise! The reception and staff are not as welcoming. We are used to having hotel staffs greet their visitors as we enter the lob

While the location of this hotel is fantastic with stunning river views the hotel stay was rather let down by the food quality. Also having to pay extra for a full breakfast rather than just a continental breakfast seemed rather stingy on the hotels part

grand old hotel in good clean condition. tiny room with only one set of towels, really a single room sold as a double. limited outside area to relax (fountain in car park). superb buffet full breakfast.

Only issue's were bathroom was downstairs from bedrooms and the shower could have had more room. This spiral staircase for a 2 bedroom could be an issue for an elderly couple. They don't tell you that you are able to use the gym next door. And l
