Clean and spacious room. Very helpful staff. Easy 10 minute walk to airport metro line (or a quick taxi ride to airport). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

We stayed for 5 nights at the.Millennium Gloucester and the location for this hotel and proximity to Gloucester Road Tube Station was excellent. The room was clean and large enough for us as three adults. Only disappointment was the tv and wifi receptio

It's an alright hotel location is nice but distance from train is a bit tiring with suitcases. I wish that they did have more services like a sauna or pool. The room was a lot smaller than pictured. I have stayed at other Monterey brand hotels in Japa

Room, spa, breakfast

Toilets are clean and rooms smell like fresh paint, this is the only good thing about the hotel

Convenient location one stop away from Shin-Osaka station, and one minute walk away from the nearest train station. Room seems to be a little old, with the occasional smoke smell (even for my non-smoking room) when our neighbour smokes.
