the location is fabulous and close to the key shopping places in Opera and just 5 min wall to the metro station. The staff was very friendly when I arrived in the hotel around 9am and already had my room checked in. room is small but I find it acceptable
Location was good due to availability of restaurants nearby. Accessible by Baywater and Queenway station. Lounge was good. Able to drop our luggage before we checked in. Room and toilet was clean. However room was not air conditioned. Fan did not help muc
Good Location, got every basic things you need.
But the wifi connection need to be improved, shower water is not consistently hot, and we gave up on the Continental breakfast. Anyway, everything acceptable for our short stay in London. Recommend!
