    Staff with good courtesy but no hotel parking provided. It is also very expensive for parking overnight with very limit discount

    We would highly recommend this hotel to tourist. The location is as convenient as it can get for sightseeing around Japan with base in Kyoto. 5 minutes walk to Kyoto Station but is located in a less busy/less noise part of the station.

    The room smelled of drains, the shower was gross and the TV remote was sticky. At least the bed was OK - and the staff. Not worth the money though.

    The hotel room is not big enough but the bed was very large. We arrived at the lobby and after check-in, we had to carry our luggage to the lifts. This also happened during checkout, no assistance was given to bring down our luggage with our baby and stro
