friendly, clean and central

Small inn-like hotel. Rooms were small but clean and alright if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in-room. Convenient location near shopping, food and entertainment in Shinjuku but a good 10min or more walk from the nearest train station.

Nice view big room

Bathrooms were very small. Work being done n the Hotel on the floor above our bedroom, so very noisy from 8am until 6pm.

Clean and tidy hotel room, but I find my reserved non-smoking room located at a smoking floor, so.... And its hard to figure out why the breakfast tickets had to be collected everyday instead of all in a time.
