Location, staff and room

the location for that price is unbeatable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, you can walk to most tourist attractions/museums

There is a parking lot for tourists to have a nice stay. The service is excellent and the staffs were very helpful and polite. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, however there was still the smell of smoke lingering. The location is convenient

in need of updating but happy with our stay for the price we paid, 7 min walk to Paddington underground, staff polite and helpful, continental breakfast included in price, all in all not to bad

It's not easy to find a good hotel in Paris. This hotel may be not so bad according to the Paris standard, but bit difficult to accept for Japanese & Swiss. Nevertheless, the hotel people were nice.
