Nice open setting with parking at unit door and lovely views across to Glacier. 30 minutes walk to town so really need a car but parking is easy in both the motel and in town

The location is very good, it's close to subway Higashiyama station and many tourism attractions places. The staff are very helpful. I checked out, left the bags at reception. I then came back late afternoon, would like to have a bath before get on th

bad service, can't communicate in English and facility is not good I will not choose this hotel for next time.

More than adequate for our purposes. Staff really friendly and helpful; everything clean although tired and scruffy decor; plenty of parking. The location was the reason to choose, so shouldn't complain about it's lack of loveliness. Only serious
