Lovely property and staff. My only complaint was cleanliness of the rooms. We had some cobwebs in our room but never saw spiders and in the breakfast room there were crumbs etc on the floor and some dead bugs on the window sill.

spacious room but small toilet and shower space; though a bit far but it is still walking distance from city center, have all facilities required

Two drawbacks: steep steps and two flights to get from street to reception, with no lift. I had to get help to bring my luggage up, and then from reception up to my second floor accommodation which was also another two steep flights. nightclub underneat
