Room was cold as we were assigned to last corner room. Quite far walking distance to lobby. No elevator and have to carry luggage to the room which was quite tiring. Location is near Waitomo Caves which is perfect for short stay.

One night stay on our way to USA. Expensive and small beds. Hotel doesn't allow 3 to a room so we had to get an extra room. Fairly close to the airport and the shuttle was on time. Paid for breakfast but wish we had eaten at the airport. Just expect t
