Great environment and safety area.

The location was great and only 20 mins to the Hakata Port terminal. There are plenty of places for shopping, dining and there is 100yen bus can be accessed. Only the wifi needed to be fixed. The Internet was so slow.

Staffs are wonderful, hotel facilities are excellent and the room we're in was a good size

We had a memorable experience with this property. Excellent location to train station and staff of hotel were very friendly.

The rooms are big and clean, there is a free shuttle bus every 15mins to train station and the staff are accomodating!

when we booked our stay there was no indication that the hotel is undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment. One of the features we look for when booking a hotel is the pool and gym facilities. We only found out about the refurbishment a few days bef

This hotel is right at JR Omori station. Very convenient. But the entrance is hidden in a coner, which is hard to pay attention. It's better to leve a sign to the guest somewhere at the station, though. Overall, it's a good one, worth coming back
