Good & quiet location yet only 5 - 10 minutes walk to York town, pleasant & helpful staff, clean and cosy hotel.

The room had a old hair tie on the bench on entry, not sure if surfaces were cleaned. No water provided or a fridge to store water. The hotel was very average and not worth the money. In addition, we booked a airport transfer and was quoted between 25-30
