The room was quite big for a Japanese hotel. Of course clean as always. staff at reception was friendly but not more. There was no public bath which is quite common in big hotels in Japan. Although the tabwater in Japan is drinkable, most hotels offer 2 b

Guys at the hotel were really kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a remarkable location, but it doesn´t have elevator, and you can have accesibility problems when travelling with a stroller, young children or elders.
