Staff, cleanliness and room

Building, grounds, bar, bedroom good but not worthy of "executive" status in our opinion

I emailed ahead to advise we were celebrating our anniversary, we were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the garden with four poster bed and massive designer bathroom.

Location for the purpose of my stay

I stayed in a two bed rooms unit which was recommended for 6 adults. It is a very short walking distance to Embankment station and shopping area. Chinatown is within 15 mins walk. The only set back is that there is only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom in each uni

Scene is very good, face to sea, easy to park the car, Service is very good. Room is clean.

Clean, spacious room, kitchen available.
