Booked this ryokan hoping that I could give my parents a great experience of Japanese Ryokan hospitality but disappointed! Room wasn't well-maintain, staff couldn't speak english at all and less friendly, didn't experience any warm hospitality

Size of the rooms, super comfy bed, nice tub

The room is very clean, kitchen is well equipped, close to center, and just a few min drive to the Lake Matheson!

Clean hotel at a good price

good location, clean room, prompt check in & out and nice service. there's have a shuttle bus to airport outside of hotel
