Location near to train station, easy to move about. Staff very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

We were there 5 nights, and during most of our stay, the elevator was not working. We were staying on the 6th floor, and the hotel had only 1 small elevator. We therefore had to climb 6 storeys with our luggage. On 2 occasions, we were trapped in the elev

I was disappointed in waiting 45min for garlic bread and entre's. No main ordered. No apologies given either. Unacceptable.

This is just a room and breakfast. There are no facilities at all so really I cant grade the staff, great location, superb decor and well sound proofed rooms- but that is it... It is exactly what I wanted...

Pillow and bed sheet

nice room with free bottles of water and cans of soft drinks, hotel staff friendly and attentive, free cookies,apples and sweets in the lobby was a nice touch
