I think this is a good hotel to stay with. Big room for me. Good bed and good staff.

Location, comfort, self cooking flexibility

Our daughter missed her flight and had to spend one night in London. Thank goodness for this hotel! It was convenietly located to her terminal and very clean and comfortable. She was able to relax and catch her flight the next morning with no problem! T

Location, Cleanliness, own microwave and fridge in the room

Our stay at this 'hotel/motel' was a nightmare! Luckily my wife and I were only here for one night, thank God. Firstly, the location is pretty rough; a lot of drunks people on the street. Secondly, the customer service was terrible and upsetting

staff were fantastic; art & sculptures beautiful and the room was just perfect
