The hotel is recently renovated, clean and neat. The location is great close to the Metro and Bus Lines, centrally located and many nice restaurants located on the I'lle de St Louis.

excellent service, person focused approach, prompt, accurate in house descriptions of service on request. clean and well kept in all areas of hotel. room service and house excellent.

Location is excellent, within walking distance to Kyoto station. Hotel wifi is good and strong in both room and lobby. Hotel room is a bit small for 2 but if all you need is a room to sleep in after a full day out, it is still ok. Counter staff is very he
