Friendly staff

Good location and very accessible. Room a bit small but decent.

They were very helpful in getting our luggage to New Chitose Airport(luggage was quite big). Staff did not know pricing, but took care of it, after checking out. Emailed all the information of the charge and Luggage number for pick up.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Spacious compared to other hotels in Japan but cost friendly. The staff are very friendly, we even had a nice chat with a man who assisted us with our luggage to the airport limousine. They speak English well and that
