Nice location, with character

Just like you lived in a castle

We have booked two adults and one child, but the management gave us only two single bed. I'm so sad about this matter.

Problems when we first arrived but they were sorted out immediately by the Duty Manager. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times before and have enjoyed all our stays. Breakfast is amazing and in lovely dining rooms. I

Rooms were quite small

Clean, close to metro and restaurants, well equipped apartment

This was a good, solid hotel in the middle of Roppongi. It's located within walking distance of the popular district, but you'll need the train to go to most places.
