The breakfast was excellent. The bed was good and firm. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Overall pretty happy - especially with the location, bed quality, and bathroom size. However the room smelled of smoke - either from a previous rogue guest, or drifting up from the smokers' level below. The staff at front desk wouldn't believe us,

Staff friendliness

Absolutely horrible. The window could not be closed, so there was cold. Extremely small room. There was MOLD in the bathroom. Dirty carpet. Staff was unpleasant. The only one good thing is location of the hotel.

Near metro station and convenient to go to everywhere. Easy to find. Clean. Family room is large enough
