    This hotel is in a great position, eaay travelling to shops and sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast but facilities seemed fine. Large rooms, furniture and decor slightly dated but this was more than made up fo

    nice, new, clean and spacious modern room just a few minutes to new malls where you can find a very useful supermarket; walking distance to all key sites like kenrokuen and the ninja temple. staff spoke good english
