The hotel is decent and location is close by with the subway. My floor was supposed to be non smoking, but clearly one of the guest was smoking in his/her room. The hotel checked the floor and didn't smell anything. Even 2 of my young nieces can smell

Good location, easy access to hotel via bus service from KIX airport. The mall next to the hotel is also good.
