Hotel is tired and too far out of the town of Paihia. We decided to sacrifice our booking and pay for accommodation at another hotel in the township.

overall pleasant stay , located just beside the railway station exit, very convenient. efficient and helpful staffs, our family room was decent sized , clean , complete with amenities, strategically located. we will stay again if we visit Osaka

Bed comfort, cleanliness, staff

Good location. But the non smoking room smells of cigarette smoke.

The location is ok though not so ideal, but easy to walk to the beach. At the first Night, we didn't have not water for shower, but the technician went to fix it twice. Finally it returned normal. The reception girl was very Nice to lend us a trolley

But parking was very expensive, maybe the management can do something about it.
