      The staff especially the manager who wears a baseball cap extremely rude unhelpful . They charge 5 euros a day for wifi that seldom works and at very slow speed. They also charge 3 euros a day to use room safe. Asked cleaning staff to replace towels never

      Hotel is about 4.5 miles away from Manchester airport (so wouldn't call this an airport hotel as such) but it's ok by taxi, 20 mins, 8-11 pounds. Hotel is a bit tight (not spacious) and I found it a minus the room didn't have air conditioning
