Staff in the hotel were all courteous and polite with a good command of english. They were attentive and able to meet demands of their hotel guest, I am very impressed by their service

Location and customer service

Tiny room, tiny bed, tiny tv, cheap mattress.

I was expecting a great pool & gym without any membership needed like any 5 stars or 6 stars hotels I've been. The bathroom floor is not level straight with the whole flooring, the tiny step is too dangerous.
