The room was okay but I didn't know I had to verify my card after paying and booking online. To verify the card, it will deduct 1 pound. I forgot the pin of my card so I give them a proof (all my IDs) that the card is mine but they still insist on pay

near to town,roads ,exellent value for money.

Great location a minute from water, 3 mins from cafes shops, lovely views of harbour, friendly helpful staff

The hotel furniture is looking very tired as was our bedroom carpet

All staff are nice and helpful. Location is very near with Osaka Castle and Subway station

I was especially grateful for the staff who let me check in much earlier than the normal check-in time, as my flight arrived in the morning. I only intended to ask them to keep my luggage until my return.
