Friendly Staff, Comfortable bed, Luxurious Lobby

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered. A very relaxing break in a very beautiful hotel.

Located right besides the Shinkansen station, it's convenient to travel to other nearby cities and Hiroshima by accessing the tram station and bus stop just mins walk from the hotel. Staff are helpful and the hotel is transitional and grand.

Only complaint was the 12.5% service fee added to the bill for the self service buffet breakfast. Not on, Otherwise very good

Most room no AC have to add water in air cooler ourself. Flooded with Malay . Room not suitable for tropical tourist. Have to add extra of 50 pound per day for AC rm and only few rooms available
