Convenient location one stop away from Shin-Osaka station, and one minute walk away from the nearest train station. Room seems to be a little old, with the occasional smoke smell (even for my non-smoking room) when our neighbour smokes.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Will use this hotel again.

The room was quite small but probably average by Japanese standards. The furnishings were adequate but not spectacular. I had a great view of downtown Sapporo facing south. Service was excellent as expected. The main advantage of this hotel is its extreme

This is better than what you hope to get. Spa is modern and fresh, the only reason I have given it 4 stars for cleanliness is the steam room was in need of a deep clean - the walls felts slimy which didnt make you want to stay in there. Everything else wa
