Mainly japanese stay in this hotel Staff are not friendly when dealing with foreigner. Garden swimming pool is small,only good for kids. Have shuttle bus to kariyushi private beach but its very disappointing. Small beach and the water level is barely enou

When we arrived we got to our room and it wasn't the room we paid for however with a quick call to reception, and they quickly fixed it up and turned it around for us in no time... Great staff and the hotel is wonderful!
